SVA IooT™ takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All client data is hosted exclusively in secure data centers located in Switzerland. Physical and logical isolation systems are applied, and annual intrusion tests are carried out to ensure that customer data remains strictly separated and protected.

• Lawfulness, fairness, and transparency – processing is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and in a transparent manner.
• Purpose limitation – data is collected only for specific, legitimate purposes.
• Data minimization – we collect and store only the personal data that is strictly necessary for service provision and security.
• Accuracy – personal data is kept accurate and up to date.
• Storage limitation – personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations.
• Integrity and confidentiality – strong technical and organizational measures are in place to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

In accordance with revFADP and GDPR (where applicable), you have the following rights:

• Access – request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification – request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Objection – object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Business Model and Data Usage

SVA IooT™’s business model is based on providing connectivity services for IoT and M2M solutions.

• We do not sell, rent, or commercially exploit personal data.
• Any processing of personal data is limited to what is required for service provision, support, and compliance with legal obligations.

8. International Data Transfers

As a rule, your personal data is processed exclusively in Switzerland.
If data must be transferred outside Switzerland (or the EU/EEA), such transfers are carried out only:

• To countries recognized as providing adequate data protection, or
• With appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
